They made her feel so at ease and were so friendly, it made the whole experience much easier for her and helped her so much.
I am so pleased that we chose Mr Henderson and will definitely recommend him if ever the opportunity arises!

Very grateful if you would advise Mr Henderson and Dr Sansom as appropriate that the keratotic lesions on my face have both healed beautifully and I am most grateful for their attention and advice. Wonderful to be in good hands!

Mr Henderson conducted my minor procedure this morning and all is now well.  Despite my initial concerns about wasting everyone’s time, now all is done, it appears it did actually require doing which makes it all worth while.

May I thank you most sincerely for the care , skill & easy in which you removed the facial BCC on 12 January . I have only positive memories of the procedure , no pain no discomfort & an amazing result, as the scar is negligible .
I will send pictures ( separately )  of before the surgery & shortly afterwards ,I will also send 6 & 8 week post op. should  you need them.

I mentioned a future talk at Winscombe Arts Appreciation society on 21/2/22 . “The hands of Leonard da Vinci” , given by Guy Rooker a retired surgeon.

We would like to thank James and his team for the professional treatment given to XXX when he had a nerve injury to his left arm last year.
He has MS and it was a devastating injury which meant he had no working hands as it affected his good side .
Through out a very difficult few weeks we were met by excellent care and understanding resulting in a comparatively quick operation under the circumstances.
A year later we visited today and he has been discharged after a successful outcome with his hand nearly back to full strength.
At every referral and contact we were met by compassion and appreciate the effort made to help X get his hand working again.’
Thanks also to Dr Stephens who identified the problem which we gather is quite a rare nerve injury.
Please thank all the staff concerned for making what was a stressful time so much easier for us and reaching such a positive outcome.

My son had been struggling for some time with his confidence and self esteem.This was due to a protruding mole to the bridge of his nose.As everyone knows children have no filter and this had caused frequent unkind taunting by other children which has had a huge impact on my sons emotional state over the past few years.

With my son fast approaching Year 6 and transitioning to secondary school in the near future we knew as parents we had to look into the possibilities of resolving this for him. After endless research we came accross the Spire Hospital and received recommendations and contact details for James.

From the moment I made the call to his PA to enquire about the possibility of treatment I knew we were in safe hands. Her kind and caring nature throughout our communications put my mind at ease and helped me overcome my anxieties surrounding surgery. She kindly made arrangements for my son and I to meet James at a pre-assessment so that he could advise the best way forward. Meeting James was as if we had known him a long time. Immediately we felt at ease. James was very attentive and spent time getting to know my son and his interests before continuing to explain the possibilities.To do this he used drawings to ensure my sons understanding and answered all of ours and his questions. He then showed us an example of a treatment room during our visit so that we were familiar with the setting ahead of my sons surgery. The personal approach and the rapport he built in such a short time with my son was like nothing I had experienced before. Nothing was too much trouble and we both came away sure that we were making the right choice to continue with treatment.

Our appointment resulted in us returning home and calling to book surgery for as soon as possible. The surgery was a huge success and today, one week after surgery we have returned today for stitch removal. My son is beaming and says he does not recognise his reflection in the mirror and is so content with his treatment.

For anyone considering surgery do not hesitate. James and his team are second to none.As parents facial surgery for your 10 year old child is not an easy decision.It was not considered for vanity but to give my son his smile back. He has not stopped smiling since his surgery and we will be forever grateful for making this possible for him.
